bbeadsandjewels' Shop Policies
Welcome to my Etsy shop! My name is Inge Bijvank and I love making beads and jewels. Let me know if you have any questions or if you need a special design or color.
I only accept PayPal for payments. If you haven't paid us within 3 days, I will send you an email. After that, I will have to cancel the sale. If you need to cancel your purchase, please let me know as soon as possible.
I always use priority shipping and to keep the costs of shipping fees as low as possible I always ship small items in a regular padded envelope.
I ship within 2 business days of payment, but because my customers are all over the world, it can take up to 2 weeks for items to arrive. Sometimes customs hold an item back to check what is in the package. It can take just a bit longer if this happens.
If you need faster delivery or would like insurance, please let me know, and I will send you a revised invoice to pay from.
If you have any questions regarding your item, please don't hesitate to contact me.
You will receive a shipping confirmation when your purchase has been mailed.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
Refunds and Exchanges
It is very important to me that you are happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied with an item please contact me immediately. The item may be returned within 7 days for a full refund (minus the shipping costs) or exchange. No problem.
However, the work must be unused and undamaged. And specially made items cannot be returned and will not be refunded.
Additional Policies and FAQs
My items are photographed under professional lighting and may therefore appear a little bit different on your screen. Also, your monitor settings might be different and therefore the colors might appear different.
To assure maximum strength and durability, my beads are carefully annealed in a digitally controlled kiln and each bead hole is carefully cleaned.
But please remember that the beads are still glass and they can break when dropped on a hard surface.
If you want an item that is sold, please convo me! In most cases I can remake it and can arrange a custom listing for you.
