I thoroughly inspect the quality of my work before it is listed on Etsy. However, in cases where an item fails to meet expectations, please contact me and return the item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding return shipping costs).

Currently I only accept payment through PayPal. I send out all orders immediately after payment has cleared.
Payment is expected within 24 hours of your purchase. If you're having a problem with this (or with PayPal) please convo me.

All orders are packed in a sturdy, bubble wrap envelope and sent via USPS first class mail. Particularly for international shipping, please feel free to contact me for an adjusted shipping amount. The buyer is responsible for all fees associated with items crossing borders. International shipping does not include confirmation or insurance, but this upgrade is available. I reserve the right to require insurance for certain destinations at the buyer's expense.
Once I receive payment, most everything is sent first class via USPS within 48 hours. If you'd like insurance on your shipment, please let me know and I'll add that charge to your invoice. If you need your purchase to be shipped faster, please convo me and I'll add that charge to your payment.
