Please note summer is here and my softer products may melt slightly in the heat - refrigeration and stirring may be neccessary... my soaps may 'sweat' a little if they are left somewhere too warm - this is just some of the moisturising oils escaping...

Everything is natural - no chemicals, no colourants, no synthetic fragrances, and I use only the gentlest highest quality fairtrade and organic oils.

I am vegan where I can be, vegetarian always and I try to ensure that my products are gentle enough for babies. (except the scrubs obviously!)

Returns and exchanges
You have two weeks in which to refund any of my products - they must be *unused*, and returned to me (the return address is always on my parcels) I will then refund you via paypal (inc one set of shipping).

If any of my products are faulty please return them (used or unused) and I will refund you via paypal, or send you a new item.

If any items are damaged beyond use during posting I will refund you or send you a replacement.

If my parcels go missing and have not been received after 28 days I will refund or replace the item too!
I accept paypal from everwhere in the world.

I can only accept UK postal orders and cheques.

After you order you have 3 days in which to pay; after 24 hours I will probably email you to gently remind you (as I know the checkout can be confusing!). If I don't receive payment, or an email telling me a cheque is in the post I will cancel the sale (Etsy will inform you of this).
I usually ship next working day where possible, but please note I have 3 children under 4, and in the UK we have to go to the post office so sometimes it doesn't happen. I am as prompt as I possibly can be, if there is a delay I will email you.

I will email you either before or after I post your parcel to let you know it has been or will be shipped that day. And the item will be marked shipped on Etsy.

If after I've mailed the parcel I find I have overcharged I will refund the difference via paypal.

If you'd like a parcel insuring or sending via currier then please email me before or after a sale, and I will revise your shipping price.

Be aware that international customs charges may apply on large orders, this is out of my hands - the criteria for customs charges is different depending on which country you live in!

I also love bulk orders and I will have more than the one listed item in stock - just email me or send me a conversation, I'm very flexible.

If you want to post to a friend as a gift everything is *always* gift wrapped as standard, just let me know it's going to someone who isn't you so I don't pop in a receipt!

I am convo friendly and I do actually quite like knowing I'm in a treasury lol!
