Hello! Welcome to my etsy store.

My name is Amy. I am a self taught jewellery designer/maker from Scotland, UK. I currently live in Ireland with my husband and son. I love experimenting with colours and materials and creating bright, fun jewellery for everyday wear.


My pieces are made by me by hand in my home in Galway on the west coast of Ireland. Each piece will be carefully hand crafted & finished and will arrive on your doorstep in lovely packaging.

Payment
PayPal is my preferred method of payment. Don't worry! You don't need a PayPal account in order to use PayPal but PayPal accounts are easy to create and enable you to pay quickly & securely, even internationally! PayPal also provides you with excellent buyer protection.

Payment should ideally be made at the time of purchase or shortly thereafter. Full payment should be received within 3 days of purchase. I reserve the right to cancel a transaction where the payment has not been received within the allotted time and no order will be shipped until full payment has been made, please do feel free to contact me if you need help or a little more time, I'm flexible!



Cancellation - You can cancel your order at any time providing your order has not yet been despatched. To do this, please request a cancellation using the request cancellation button in the purchases section on the 'Your Account' page. Any money already paid will be refunded directly to you within 24 hours.



For UK and EU buyers, under the distance selling regulations you are entitled to a 'cooling off period' and can request a cancellation of your order within 7 days starting the day after you receive your item(s) and receive a full reimbursement plus postage & packaging costs upon return of the item(s).
Shipping
Despatch Times - All orders are despatched within the pre-determined time stated in the item listing. For ready to ship items, these will be despatched within 1 - 5 working days. For made to order or custom items, the exact despatch time will be clearly stated in the listing. Please be aware that actual delivery times will be in addition to the despatch time as once your order has been posted, it is in the hands of the postal service and delivery times vary widely.



Within Ireland - Items will be posted using An Post. Items posted using this service will usually take 1-2 days to arrive, if you require a recorded service please contact me and I will provide a quote for your postage.

International Shipping

 - Packages are despatched using An Post. This service is not trackable and depending on the destination country, may take 3 - 28 days for delivery. In some unusual cases, international orders may take considerably longer to arrive. Please accept my sincere apologies for this, it is beyond my control but if there is a delay, I will do everything I can to help.





Customs - All items sent internationally (apart from within the EU) may be subject to customs clearance and possibly import duty/taxes. Each country has it's own laws regarding customs so it is advisable to check your local customs regulations and restrictions. All parcels sent within the EU will not incur any customs charges. Please note that it is the responsibility of the importer (the buyer) to pay any customs fees/taxes/duty. I am not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance or for any customs fees/taxes/duty that may be due. Please take this into consideration before placing an order.


Gift Orders - If you wish for your order to be sent directly to a special someone as a gift, please include their postal address at checkout so that the correct postage fee can be calculated.

Postal Addresses - I post all parcels to the address provided on Etsy/PayPal so please make sure that your address is correct and up to date before placing an order. Once your order has been posted, I cannot change the delivery address.
Refunds and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is my number one priority. If you are in any way unhappy with your order, please contact me at the earliest opportunity and I will endeavour to resolve your problem. Please see below for my refund policy:

Ready Made Items

 - These are items that were pre-made and ready to ship at the time of purchase. If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, please contact me to discuss the problem. I really want you to love your new jewellery but if you don't you can return it within 28 days of receipt for a full refund (minus shipping cost) or for a replacement.

Irish and EU buyers are entitled to the 7 day 'cooling off period' as outlined in the distance selling regulations. Returned items must be returned in good condition. Customers should ideally inform me immediately of any defects/damage to item gained during transit.



Custom / Made to Order Items - These are items that were made just for you, either a totally custom design or made to fit you eg. custom sized rings, personalised jewellery or commissioned piece. Unfortunately due to the custom nature of these pieces, I cannot accept returns unless the item was damaged/faulty or sent in error/contain a spelling or design error made at the time of manufacture. I will however do everything I can to ensure that you are happy with your item.

Please note that the EU distance selling regulations do not apply to custom made items.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping for any unwanted items unless they're being returned as the result of a cancellation under the distance selling regulations. For orders that are received in error or damaged, please contact me to arrange return shipping.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you order more than one item of jewellery, it will be packaged in one gift box. If these are required as gifts and you would like more than one gift box please let me know when you place your order.
