When we will ship internationally the cost of a Certificate of Mailing is included in the postage rate. When an item is shipped out of the US via first class mail there is no way to track it. The Customs Tracking Number is our proof that we shipped an item to a specific person on a specific day. Tracking is available only on the higher priced shipping methods such as International Priority and Express Mail. We always submit customs forms and describe the package contents as "craft supplies." This is a fair and honest description that seems to work well in all countries.
PLEASE NOTE: If you fail to provide a fully accurate mailing address and a package is deemed undeliverable by the postal service, you are responsible for any additional postage require to re-ship your item(s) and the item will not be re-shipped until the original is returned. Additionally if you decide not to have us resend the item for the additional postage, you will only be refunded for the cost of the item or item(s) ordered.

Refunds and Exchanges
Full refunds will be given if items are not as described. Other than that we will give a refund of the item price less shipping costs within 5 days of receipt. All items must be returned in the exact same condition as they were shipped. Please ask all questions before purchasing. Remember that we are not responsible for damage or loss to your item by the post office once it is shipped. Insurance is recommended for your protection and peace of mind.
