-Reseller Policy
- Customers that buys and resale items in this store assumes all risks. We do not assume any responsibilities once the item is marketed and or resold. Please do all your due diligence if you are going buy to resale.

- Not responsible for delays in shipping by the shipping company.

Product color variations
- Most beads are made of natural stones and will have color variations. We try our best to have the picture be the closest representation of the stone you are getting. However it is not feasible to get an exceptional representation every time. Therefore, unless the strand is significantly different in color from the natural variations a stone can have, we will not reimburse for slight color variations, differences in color textures, and/or differences in color transparencies. That is not to say we will not be reasonable and work with you if something does not meet your standards.

Product variations and Natural occurrences
- Please note that not all beads on every strand are going to be perfect.
At our price point, we do not reimburse for a few defective beads on a strand. That is not to say we will be unreasonable if a strand is significantly flawed.
- Natural inclusions on gemstones are not damages, it does occur.
- Not everything is going to match perfectly to what you see on your monitor or your phone. This is part of buying jewelry and beads online. Please understand this before purchasing. If you do not think something matches, please contact us, we will send a pic and help you match it before your order.

Batch variations
- Sometimes a new batch of items will have slight variations in color or something else to the original batch in the picture. We do not always take a new pictures for every new batch of items that comes in, even if it looks slightly different from the original batch in color. Please understand this before you purchase.

Product name and Descriptions
- Typos and mistakes in the description is not grounds for a refund if your item matches the picture in the listing. Please go by the pictures when purchasing. If there is a mistake in the title or description, or if the tag on a stone does not match the description when it is an obvious mistake and the item obviously matches what you see in the listing pic, then we will not accept a return or give you a refund.

Shipping time
Due to third party (shipping companies); None of our order comes with a guaranteed delivery date. We are not responsible for any delays by the shipping company. Even with Overnight option, unforeseen factors that's out of our control will exist. All of our orders regardless of shipping method is estimated time of arrival.

Product count and Sizing
- We try to be as accurate as possible with bead size and strand length in the description, however, due to many factors we will not reimburse for slight bead size differences (0.8mm and under) nor strand length differences (1 inch shorter or less). Especially if the bead is a low priced, say $5, strand. If it is an expensive bead please message us and we will try to work something out. We will try to be as reasonable as possible.
Sizing of any item will have to be measured by a jewelry caliper. We will not accept any sizing done with hand reference, item reference, or any non concrete measurements.
-We will not accept a return if the hole size of a bead does not fit your string or if the hole size is too small or too large. Bead hole size is not grounds for return or reimbursement.

Manufacture quality and tolerance
- Will not compensate, replace, or refund for slight imperfections, defects, or damages such as paint chipping, scratches, slight color variations from photo, and/or minor detail issues or minor damages. If you want to replace them buyer has to ship them back at their own expense. Please understand this before you purchase.

Environmental Responsibility
In order to greatly reduce our plastic consumption, we use as little plastic as possible. Therefore; most orders will not include a single zip bag. Other orders will come in 1 single zip bag, we will not baggy every single item. This way, we estimate we can avoid 2000 pounds of plastic every year.

20% restocking fee for all returns OR a full store credit on items returned. Store credit will be issued in a form of a refund on the next order. The new order must be placed within 2 weeks of return being received by us.
Note: Buyer must include order number somewhere in the package. We are not responsible for any lost packages that are being shipped to us.

Returns that cannot be accepted:
- Chains sold by the foot or yard because they are cut to size
- Custom engraved stainless steel charms
- Beads that are loose from the strand
- Items not in their original packaging
- Returns without their order numbers. We will try to find the order but if we can't we obviously cannot process them.
-Any damaged items

If you are unhappy for any reason please contact me within 3 days to return the item.

All returns must be made within 3 days of receiving the item. We will not accept any returns after 3 days.

We are not responsible for any lost packages that are being shipped to us.
We reserve the right to decline a return for any reason .

Reasons we cannot waive the restocking fee:
• If buyer makes attempt to pass any product variations as product damages.
• If buyer passes natural occurrence/inclusions in products as damages.
• Claiming product is not authentic or real.
• If product is not in its original packaging and/or original form.
• Frequent returners.
• Quality failure on gold filled or plated items. We do not guarantee that any items will not tarnish. Only our real solid gold items are guaranteed not to tarnish.
• We do not guarantee gold filled product to last since gold filled is a solid gold alternative product.
• Bead hole size issues and/or product size issues.
• Length of strands of beads issues.
• Mislabeled tags or product name or product listing typos. We base product correctness on listing pictures.
• Small discrepancies in product count.
• Damage on fewer than 10% on a strand of beads.
• Inconsistent number of bead count on a strand of bead.
• Product variations from previous orders.
• We reserve the right to not waive the restocking fee for any reason.

Cancellation and Refund:
• We do not accept any cancellations.
• Buyer is responsible for return postage.
• We do not refund or cancel any order if payment or street address is incorrect. Please have your payment and shipping address in good standings with Etsy before purchase since we do not have any access to your account or merchant payment account.
• We cannot cancel an entire order if there are a few items missing from that order. We will refund for the missing items but we cannot cancel the whole order.
• Back orders are available upon customer request.
• We do not cancel, partial refund, or refund any customs orders because of missed delivery dates, color variations, size variations, and or any variations pertaining to the item.
• We will not cancel or refund any order if tracking indicates order is undeliverable.
• Buyers is responsible for "pick-up at your local post office" if this is indicated in the tracking information.

All orders, unless upgraded, have a 0-3 day processing time. It is then primarily shipped out via USPS FIRST CLASS. USPS FIRST CLASS usually takes 2-7 days, but may take longer. Upgrade to USPS PRIORITY for a much faster shipping and a $100 insurance!

We do not ship or process any orders over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday).

We are located in Texas and we do have certain items that are not made here. We have items made all over the world, some of them are made here in the United States and some of them are made overseas, but all of our handmade jewelry are designed and made specifically by us and our own team of designers either here or overseas.
