••• Mainland China . . . packages never make it through Customs and are often lost on the way back to me. (Hong Kong is fine)
••• Germany . . . As of 7/1/22, due to LUCID shipping/packaging requirements. My packages do not meet their strict guidelines. If you're in Germany and have a friend or family member in another country who could receive and then forward your package to you, I'd be happy to ship to them. Please message me to discuss.


>>> My shipping time is 1-2 business days, excluding holidays. If Express shipping is selected, this doesn't mean I can get your package out the door faster (though I'll try my best!), it simply means that the transit time after the post office receives it will be faster. The "Express" option is available for US buyers and = Priority Mail.

>>> Bead Chroma is not responsible for lost or missing packages that are marked as "Delivered." Bead Chroma is also not responsible for any delays that occur after your package is handed off to the USPS. Transit/shipping times are NOT guaranteed and things like time of year (eg. holiday season), severe weather, and more, may effect the speed of your package's arrival. Lastly, delays (or stops) in tracking updates do not necessarily mean your package is lost. Please know that I will do anything reasonably within my power to help locate a delayed or missing package - my goal is a satisfied customer! :-) - but I cannot issue a free replacement package or refund until an investigation (including the USPS) is done.

>>> Return Policy: Customers have 7 days from the marked "Delivery" date to initiate a return - please reach out to me to discuss! Any returning items must be unused and in their original packaging / condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. Returns must be well packed and shipped with tracking. Returns will result in a refund of the product purchase price and does not include the original shipping costs. I'm happy to discuss any concerns you have before, during, or after a transaction - just reach out! :-)
