Hello! My name is Gail Nettles, and I am "Beaded Jewelry Diva". In my shop you'll find beaded jewelry that is hand-crafted with attention, skill and detail. My jewelry techniques include bead embroidery, wire wrap, bead weaving and more. In addition, I have made almost all the lampwork by hand, so your jewelry is very unique.

Accepted payment methods

Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
Returns and exchanges
I do accept refunds within 7 days for a refund of the full purchase price, although you are responsible for return postage.

If somehow your jewelry arrives damaged, please let me know and we'll work it out.
Payment
At this time, I only accept payments made by PayPal.
Shipping
Your jewelry is packed safely in a gift box, which then is bubble-wrapped. Then it's placed in a bubble-wrap package and ready for shipping. I ship the next business day following receipt of payment.

I ship USPS Priority Mail to US addresses. This also includes delivery confirmation.

Internationally, I ship US International First Class. If you would like to receive your necklace via International Priority Mail, let me know and I will provide you with a quote for the shipping.
