Returns and exchange details
** Return Policy: Within a 7 day review period, if you are not 100% satisfied with the new, handmade jewelry from BeadedTreasure, I will gladly refund or exchange your purchase (Less the Free Shipping offer when applicable), provided the product is new, unworn and still tagged.
***There are "No Returns" on any Vintage item purchased. Please feel free to ask any questions before purchase.
** "Custom Made" and "Reserved" items may not be returned. Any item that is not listed on my website is considered a "Custom Made" or a "Reserved" item, and is non-refundable.
Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable. Allow at least 14 days for package arrival in U.S. and at least 30 days for International*.
