If you are not pleased with your items after receipt of them, contact me within 7 days.

Purchaser pays for return shipping. The item must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you with original tags. Once we have received the item; we will issue a refund through the same payment method the purchaser used within 7 days. Your refund will consist of the purchase price only, shipping charges are not refunded.

I do not refund for lost or stolen packages, sorry. I will do what I can to replace the items and re-ship.

We accept Paypal and Major Credit Card payments on etsy.

We do wait for paypal e-checks to clear before shipping - please keep in mind that if you are using this it may take 4 to 9 business days to clear your check and this will delay the shipping of your package. Some International e-checks have taken more than the 10 business days though, please keep that in mind.

Payments should be recieved within 3 days of purchase. After 3 days, the sale will be cancelled and the items will be relisted. No feedback will be left.

Missouri residents: sales tax is 7.725%-this will be added to your purchase by paypal. If you have a resale license for the state of Missouri, send me a copy of your certificate via e-mail or convo and I will refund the sales tax.

Items will be shipped out in 5 business days after receipt of payment.

International shipping can take 30 business days to arrive after shipping. Please keep that in mind when placing an International order. It's the customer's duty and responsibility to pay customs charges.

I do offer Priority International Shipping for small boxes for $27.95- your priority package would arrive in 6 to 10 US business days. If you order more than 26 listings, then priority shipping may save you money. Contact us if you would like to use this service instead of first class.

If you would like to use one of these options, please contact me BEFORE ordering, so we can change your listing to reflect the correct shipping fees. Thank you!

Domestic Shipping usually takes 4-5 business days within the U.S.
If your package has not arrived in a timely fashion, contact us first to let us know there is an issue. Most of our orders are shipped with Delivery Confirmation. We do offer Domestic Priority Shipping for a flat fee of $6.95. If you order more than 18 listings - then priority mail may save you money. Contact us if you would like to use this service.

Let us know if you would like to purchase the insurance provided by USPS and we can add that to your total amount due. However the insurance is not available for International orders. Items can be shipped via UPS or FEDEX for additional charges.
