I guarantee your satisfaction with all of my work,if for some reason a piece may get damaged by fault of craftsmanship I will repair or replace at no cost to you. Just don't run over it with your car ok?! I also will repair items if they get damaged other wise for a small fee.. Ultimately I want my customers happy and returning so please contact me with any questions or concerns

If I do not receive payment for your purchase after 3 days without further communication from you I will cancel the sale and relist the item in my shop. I am willing to reserve and hold items, however if communication with you is lost without payment after previously agreed upon payment date I will remove the reserved portion of the listing and have it available for all to purchase.

Unless for a wedding event where a bride may need several of an exact item, I do not duplicate any of my pieces. I may or may not have identical materials to replicate any items sold in my shop, so if you like something please do purchase before someone else does, and complete the payment by any of the options provided to ensure receipt of your item!

I will Ship Items out 24 - 48 hours within receipt of cleared payment. If Sending a Money Order I will ship order out after payment is received. All items will be beautifully packaged. They will be wrapped to ensure there will be no damage during shipping. Shipping prices include insurance and tracking to ensure prompt delivery.
