I worked as a Logistics Coordinator during the week, and now work full-time on my online store selling fabulous, BE-YOU-TIFUL Personalized Jewelry. I keep myself really busy doing the things I love!

My dream to start my own online business selling gorgeous personalized jewelry came about after working on a few personal pieces for myself and noticed how much people loved them. I received many compliments and was constantly asked, where did I buy it.

I felt it was time to share my treasure of BE-YOU-TIFUL Personalized Jewelry with you! It has become my passion to create pieces that mean so much to you or someone you love. Note: Should you have any delivery issues with USPS (missing packages, non-delivery), we recommend that you CONTACT your LOCAL POST OFFICE as the USPS hotline is unfortunately NOT helpful. Your local post office will provide QUICKER and BETTER ASSISTANCE. Ask who delivered the package and ask for the details of that day's delivery. They are used to these questions and will generally provide helpful information. If a package does not show up at all, please FILE A CLAIM with USPS. We can ONLY reimburse you or re-ship your order upon receipt of a SIGNED STATEMENT from you (on paper and sent to us as an attachment to an email) confirming that: (a) you took all available measures to track down your package; (b) you contacted your local post office; and, (c) you checked with neighbors or colleagues and that this was all to no avail.
