Yes, in case of returns, a restocking fee of $4 per order will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please contact me via the Etsy message system within 7 days of receiving your order. Items should be sent back (UNWORN) in the original or similar packaging within 14 days. Use the Anacortes, WA address that is printed on your Etsy receipt.

Tracking: When a package arrives in the UK, it is marked as "delivered", but in fact it has just arrived in your country. It is likely being processed thru customs at your local PO. To get more info, enter the tracking number in the Royal Mail system:

I am happy to mail jewelry directly to gift recipients & will write a note if requested. Please provide me with your message in the "Note to seller" at checkout.

To keep shipping costs down, multiple items may be shipped in one box. Please let me know in the "Note to seller" if you require separate gift boxes for each item.

Gold-filled wire is made by fusing a layer of 14kt gold to a base metal—usually brass – that results in a permanent bond. The gold layer on gold-filled products is much thicker and will wear better than gold-plated products. Pure gold solder is lead and cadmium free.

Yellow Gold Fill:
I use 14Kt solid gold for solder on yellow gold fill items. You may see a slight difference in color at the join, but I do my best to blend and make it as discreet as possible.

Rose Gold Fill: There is no non-toxic solder for Rose gold fill on the market, so I use 10Kt solid gold solder. You may see a slight difference in color at the join, but I do my best to blend and make it as discreet as possible.

If an order is placed to an incorrect mailing address, and is returned to Sender (Beadin By the Sea) buyer is responsible for shipping costs back to the correct address.

Incorrect Address:
I cannot be held responsible for packages shipped to a wrong address that was entered at checkout or on file with buyer's Etsy account. The buyer will be responsible for additional costs related to reshipping if a package is lost or returned to me because of an incorrect address.

Find your order. On the Etsy app, tap your order.
You’ll see the shipping status to the right of your order:
Not Shipped: The seller hasn’t shipped the order yet or didn’t update the order on Etsy.
Shipped: The seller marked the order as shipped.
In Transit: The seller added a tracking number and the package has left the shipping facility.
Track package: If the seller added a tracking number, you’ll see Track Package. Click Track Package to see more updated tracking updates on the USPS website.
You can also see shipping information in the shipping notification emails for your order. Click Track Package to see more tracking updates.

If you don't have an Etsy account and purchased an item, you are considered a Guest and used Guest checkout.

If you purchased using guest checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. If your seller has included a tracking number, you can click Track your package at the top of the email.

If you have any questions for your seller, contact them by replying to the receipt that was emailed to you after purchase.
