I can make any silver and gold necklaces in my shop with sterling silver or gold filled chain. Adjusting plated chain length and changing beads or version with no extra charge.

The order is sent as a gift. There is no invoice inside the package.

We ship orders to your ETSY ADDRESS only (not paypal address) so please update!

Regular shipping to US takes about 2 - 3 weeks to arrive if there is no custom delay, but tends to take longer time during holiday season.

I live in Istanbul/TURKEY and am glad to be on Etsy to showcase my work.

You will find jewelry in all kinds of materials and designs and I hope you will find something that works perfectly for you.

All jewelry comes ready for gift giving. If going directly to the recipient, I am happy to include a handwritten message from you with the gift. Please leave me a note with the message at checkout in 'message to seller'.
Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Your satisfaction is guaranteed! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, just Email me within 2 days after reception and mail back the items in original good condition, I will refund your money back as soon as the items are received. Also please be advised that I don't accept returns of customer order items.

If you have any questions regarding your order, Please contact me first so that I would be able to do my best to solve any problems before you have to contact Etsy or PayPal or leave feedbacks.

Lost package is rare. If you haven't received your order after 40 days since I mail it out to you, I'll send you replacement (if the same item is available) for free or offer you full refund, whichever you prefer. Please contact me if you haven't received your order after 40 days since I mail them to you.
Payment
You know PayPal could no longer operate in Turkey and this means that my Etsy shop no longer accepts PayPal payments and you will no longer be able to use PayPal to pay your purchase. Etsy recommend also securely pay via goshopier.

Following your order placement, you have received an email from Shopier. You can securely pay with your credit card or debit card via either "Pay Now" button in email.

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days through Turkish Mail Service, air bubble packet air or small packet air depending on the size and value of your order. If a shipping day falls on a holiday I'll ship the next business day. Please check your 'purchase' section to see when your order is marked 'shipped' .

Unless you contact me with other instruction, I only ship to your Etsy address, not your PayPal address if it's different from your Etsy address. So please make sure your Etsy address is correct.

The estimated delivery time, according to Turkish Mail Service is 1-2 weeks within Europe, 2-3 weeks to US and may take longer time in busy holiday seasons or due to custom delay, it takes more than that and it could be delayed depending on custom or local office of your country.

All orders are shipped international air mail with a TRACKING NUMBER! You will connect the PTT web http://www.ptt.gov.tr/ in the page under translate to English and everyday you can follow up your jewelry.

I sure try my best to ship out your order as soon as possible but please understand I have no control over the postal service. Sometimes it does take longer than usual time for your order to arrive. Please contact me if you have any concern or questions regarding your order status.
