I apologize for the shipping lead time, but I cannot control this, as this would largely depend on the courier, customs clearance process and your post office's efficiency and mail volume. Hoping for your consideration and understanding.

It usually takes me 2-4 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) from payment clearance to process an order before shipping. Custom and volume orders take a bit more time.
I ship to the address specified in Etsy, unless a different one is relayed to me via Etsy convo within 24 hours from order placement.
I ship internationally - via registered airmail. This can take anywhere from 2 to 5 weeks, and can be tracked in your local post office website (e.g. www.usps.com, www.canadapost.ca).
If you would like express mail service (EMS) for faster delivery (about 1-2 weeks), please convo me for a quote. Kindly note that this service does not have online tracking.
I do not assume responsibility for lost or delayed packages, as this is beyond my control. If you would like to insure your package, additional charges will be billed to you via Paypal. Please contact me for a quote before you 'commit to purchase'.
