I strive for good customer service. If you have any questions about by shop policies or anything else, please contact me any time.
Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your jewelry, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss the problem. I will consider returns on a case-by-case basis.
Orders that are received damaged will be replaced or refunded using the following prodecure:
1. Contact me within one week of receipt explaining the nature of the damage.
2. I will provide an address for you to return the damaged product.
3. When I receive the damaged item, I will reimburse you for the shipping, and either issue a full refund or provide a delivery date for the replacement item.

Payment
At this time, I only accept payment via Paypal.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped within 3 business days of payment. Unless other arrangements are made in advance, orders will be shipped via USPS first class mail. If you require another method of shipment, please contact me before making your purchase for a shipping quote.
