I have had a wonderful experience here on Etsy and have met so many wonderful individuals; I am always amazed at the generosity and caring the online and particularly the Etsy artisan community can be!
When I submitted my shop name to Etsy just on a whim in 2008, I never thought I would get to do this as my job- it was just to "test the waters". Now I can do what I love, be at home and learn and grow each day.
From a young age, I have had a love of all things crafty; my Mom was always trying new things and it was so fun to see what class or medium she would attempt next. There was a potter's wheel, lovely yarns for knitting and crocheting and pretty paints; however, none of these things spoke to me.
When my three children were small, I dabbled in fabric painting (sorry kids!) card making and so many things I cannot even remember. The handmade Halloween costumes, holiday wreaths and things were fun, but not wholly satisfying and I would quickly become bored.
It wasn't until 2004 that I got bitten with the jewelry bug. I saw one of the leading beading mags and decided I was going to make the piece on the cover. I am glad that nobody told me how difficult that design was; maybe I would have quit before I started!
When I receive an order, I am honored that someone might think my pieces are something they would want to wear or to give as a gift. I hope that the love and care that I pour into each item is well-received.

Shipping
All items unless otherwise noted, are shipped USPS first class mail and US orders are shipped with insurance if the purchase is over $10. If you desire other shipping methods, PLEASE contact me BEFORE purchase so I can research fees for you!
Once the package has left my possession, I have no control over the mail; I do my very best to ensure that your item will get to you in time, but I am not responsible for a lost package; do let me know if you haven't received you package so we can investigate.
I do not include invoices inside your package - trees thank you for that. Your receipt is always available for you to print under "purchases" from your Etsy account.
Gift packaging: All purchases are shipped in a sweet kraft gift box tied with string. I am always happy to include a card- just ask!
Additional policies and FAQs
Copper, brass and nickel silver also tarnish- I personally love the aged patina that occurs over time. If that is not your thing, let me know and I can give you advice on how to polish your piece. A soft cloth works wonders!

Turnaround time
My typical turnaround is 5-7 business days unless item is ready to ship. I recommend contacting me if you are in a rush. I most likely can accommodate your needs. A faster shipping method may also help.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All items are ready for gifting; a sweet kraft box is tied with cute, colorful string. If you have need of a card, I am more than happy to write a personal message for you. Let me know in the note to seller or via Etsy conversations.
Color Accuracy
I strive for as much accuracy as possible in photographing and portraying the colors of items; however, colors may vary slightly from monitor to monitor.
Sizing details
Please check the dimensions listed in the description to obtain an accurate understanding of size. If you are unsure of wrist or finger ring size, feel free to contact me. I sell a very inexpensive but highly accurate ring sizer or can send you a pdf to print out for your convenience.
Please do not guess your ring size! I make each ring to order and can do 1/2 1/4 and whole US sizes.
