Welcome to Beadweaver's! I offer a wide range of distinctive jewelry handcrafted with the finest beads from around the world. An avid beader since 1993, my brick-and-mortar shop, Beadweaver's, offered Northeastern Pennsylvania the widest range of high quality beads and beading supplies in the area, along with a selection of distinctive, handcrafted jewelry, for 13 years. At the end of 2013 I was ready for a new challenge. I closed my shop with the intention of focusing on my designing. I have thoroughly enjoyed this transition and I am looking forward to participating in art shows and selling my work online for the years to come.
In my booth and online you will find some of my favorite pieces from my ever-evolving exclusive line of jewelry, handcrafted right here, in Pennsylvania. I offer a wide range of distinctive jewelry handcrafted with the finest beads from around the world. My jewelry is made from the highest quality materials, like vintage & antique components, precious metals, semi-precious stones, freshwater pearls, Swarovski crystal, and glass beads.
I like to mix things up, and blend color and texture with vintage inspiration and attention to detail, to get a look that is casual, elegant, and fun. There are not too many techniques I haven’t tried and I really like to incorporate a range of them into individual pieces. I love combining unusual elements like beadweaving with words I’ve stamped on metal or resin components I’ve made. But my biggest inspiration comes from vintage & antique buttons & components that you will find in many of my pieces…. most of which are 50 to 100 years old, and a precious few even date back to the 1800s.

Returns and exchange details
When returning a package, please have it insured. I am not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
VERY IMPORTANT: Returns MUST be sent in a hard sided box. Padded envelopes are not acceptable, the jewelry will likely be damaged in transit. I am not responsible for this and will not issue a refund or exchange nor will I fix the item for you for free. If you want the damaged item returned to you, you will be responsible to pay the return shipping.
ALL ITEMS RETURNED MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING. I reserve the right to refuse returns that smell like perfume or smoke as they are no longer sellable. Items returned not in their original condition and packaging will be sent back at the buyer's expense.

Please convo me to let me know you will be making a return, and let me why you were unhappy with the piece, it will help me know how we can do better in the future. Include a copy of your invoice in the box.

On Etsy I accept Pay Pal and all major credit cards through Etsy's Direct Check Out service. I also accept Etsy Gift Cards. If you are new to Etsy and not sure how they take payments, click here for more information:

All Etsy orders must be paid for within 48 hours or the item will be relisted. This includes custom orders. I do not begin work on custom orders until payment is received and and custom orders an non-returnable.
Online orders for PA residents will be charged 6% sales tax.

Please remember that I do arts & craft shows on the weekends 11 months out of the year. They can be anywhere from 1 to 3 days and sometimes there is travel time the days before and after. I am almost always able to ship on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday even on my busiest weeks, but my schedule varies. If you are in need of something very quickly, message me to make sure I am in town and can get it out for you.

$6 FLAT RATE SHIPPING FOR US CUSTOMERS!
This is through the Post Office and is often but not always Priority Mail. Delivery Confirmation is on all packages. This method is UNINSURED AT YOUR OWN RISK. If you would like insurance, please choose the option from the Shipping Upgrades offered at checkout. I am currently offering insurance for any size US order for an additional $6.

$15 FLAT RATE SHIPPING TO CANADA!
$20 FLAT RATE SHIPPING EVERYWHERE ELSE!
International shipping is through the United States Post office. This method is UNINSURED AT YOUR OWN RISK. If you would like insurance, please choose the option from the Shipping Upgrades offered at checkout. I am currently offering insurance for any size international order for an additional $20.

If you need a faster shipping method convo me and I will try and meet your needs! Priority Mail Express is typically $40 and up for domestic customers.
Additional policies and FAQs
CUSTOM ORDERS (JEWELRY): I am happy to talk to you about a custom order! Please convo me with some idea of what you are looking for. I do not begin work on custom orders until payment is received and and custom orders an non-returnable. Custom orders are done on a first come first served basis.
PACKAGING: In an effort to create less waste, each of our listings allow you to decide if you need a gift box for that particular item.
JEWELRY CARE: My jewelry should last you many years if lovingly cared for. I still wear beaded pieces that I made 10 years ago. Jewelry should never be immersed in water like in the shower or pool or kitchen sink. I would also not wear it to bed, working out, gardening... Treat my jewelry like a treasure and it will last you a long time!
Nearly all metals used in jewelry today will tarnish over time. To slow this process down, you can store your jewelry in zip lock baggies or other air tight containers.
To clean my jewelry, I recommend using a soft cleaning/polishing cloth with cleaner built in, as can be found in most jewelry stores. Be sure the brand you choose is safe for most metals, stones, and pearls. I like Sunshine Cloths and Connoisseurs Ultra Soft Silver Jewelry Polishing Cloths. Never soak my jewelry in liquid jewelry cleaner!
