I do refunds with in 30 days of purchase with item sent back too me in the same condition as when it was purchased. If there is a malfunction or breakage under normal strain I will do a repair or possible replacement or refund, whichever is required. I offer a 1 year, one time repair for free. With repairs the shipping back too you is free. If an item is lost in the mail ( this is allowing for a 2-3 week time span of when purchase was sent out) I will off a refund. I ship thourgh USPS. I use first class and add insurance with no extra charge on purchases over $50.00. If you would like priority or insurance, please contact me for a revised invoice. I definitely do international shipping, however, sadly I can not add any tracking on those packages, I also do not pay for customs. **Keeping your jewelry clean and happy: I get asked this question all the time in the shop I work at here, "How do I keep my chain and metal from oxidizing or changing color?" Well, I will tell you what works for me, I keep all my sterling silver and even plated silver in air tight zip lock bags, with items that have a lot of wire wrapping, I also keep a small piece of polishing cloth in the air tight bag. NEVER KEEP JEWELRY IN THE BATHROOM! Moisture and air is what breaks down most metals, brass, copper, sterling and gold can all change color, oxidize or dull when in these 2 elements for any length of time. Our skins are all different as well, and some metals may not work with you. NEVER WEAR JEWELRY IN THE SHOWER, HOT TUB, SWIMMING, Etc.... again water can degrade most things. When cleaning, use a very mild soap and luke warm water, dry with a towel immediately after cleaning. I love polishing cloths, like the sunshine cloth! Perfect for polishing everything and it is very delicate on stones and glass. NEVER SUBMERGE SOLDER GLASS PENDANTS OR RESIN PENDANTS IN WATER, you can clean them with luke warm water and a soft cloth, but for them to last a long time don't go dunking them! LOL!
