Welcome to Beady Shop.


Our merchandises are priced in Australian Dollars. All payments have to be received before the goods are mailed/emailed out.

Australia & Singapore customers
• Electronic Funds Transfer – via ATM or internet banking to our POSB account (select Other Payment)
• Paypal

International customers
• Paypal


We aim to process every order received within the same business day. Once processed, the order will be shipped within the next 1-2 business days. Customers will be advised on the actual order processing time accordingly.

Please note that you are responsible for any taxes and duties associated with your order once it reaches its destination.

~Shipping Address
Items will be shipped to your address registered with Etsy by default. If you wish to have it shipped to another address, please kindly advise.

~Registered Mail
All mails will be sent via normal mail. If you prefer registered mail, please contact us and there will be extra charges. Please note that Registered Mail cannot be sent to a PO Box address.

~Lost Mail
If a parcel is lost in transit, please write to us and Beady Shop will assist in the investigation.

Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason, you would like to return/exchange your merchandise, you may do so within 7 days from date of purchase. Please follow the instructions below when returning/exchanging your merchandise.

• Contact us if you wish to make a return or exchange or your merchandise.
• Merchandise has to be in original condition and packaging.
• Include a copy of the packing slip/invoice that comes with the order.
• Please send the items to the designated address as advised by us.
• We are not responsible for any return shipping costs incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise, lost and damaged packages. Therefore, we highly recommend you to register your package so that there is a tracking record.

PDF files are strictly non-refundable. Please store the files safely once you receive it. If for any reasons, you did not receive the files after 3 days, please contact us immediately.
