She offered to make a custom design from scratch, took the time to ask about my wedding, referred to my fiancé by name, and included a special surprise in my purchase. I was concerned about the delivery date and she expedited it without question. I was not sure exactly what I wanted and she remained patient, even when I changed the design plans, or inquired about crystal glass instead of regular. She accommodated every single request. In this process, she made such a meaningful heirloom, but more than anything, I feel like she was a friend. Her husband does engraving and is amazing too. Forever thankful! Only regret is not finding them sooner! You won’t be disappointed.

Giving The Ordinary A Personality And Making it Extra Ordinary Specially For You!
I started selling online in June of 2008 after 4 years of offline selling and have never looked back. I just love the creative interaction and the process from beginning to end. The one thing I do aim to do is create something for each of my customers that I would be proud to own myself.
Quality is a huge factor in my studio and I spend many happy hours creating and in deep thought. I smile the widest when I have an order to do with the gorgeous Swarovski crystals and fresh water pearls. I specialize in being original and creative. It feels special to be the first designer to embellish my product with these special touches. Bling bling all the way!
I had so many people ask me if I did personalizing so I worked real hard to purchase a professional laser engraver which both my husband and I trained on. The results have been phenomenal as now together we offer professional engraving hand assembled straight from my studio. Since I single handedly do all the bead work for each and every product I sell, Scott my husband helps me with all the engraving. We make a great team and love that NON of our work is outsourced so we can offer reasonable pricing for that personal one stop shop experience. Our customers love this.
There will be many copiers, as people will always copy. The one thing I do know is that the ones who copy will never be able to say "these are my 100% originals"
PS... I am proud to say that the art of traditional wire wrapping together with beads onto utensils originates directly from my homeland and place of birth. This makes it incredibly special and close to my heart. Shop policies
➤ Please note present PRODUCTION TIME
At present my production time is around 2-3 weeks from time of payment. (excluding shipping time) If you are needing your order sooner than this time which does not include shipping time then let me know before purchasing. A rush fee may apply depending on work load at the time. This mainly applies to my beaded and/or wire wrapped items.
If you are just engraving something with no bead work, provided the engraving final draft is approved, the engraving can be done way sooner.
The best is to contact me if you are unsure about timing. I often manage to fit jobs in before the lead times.
WORKING HOURS
-My working hours are 8am - 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 3pm on Friday.
I do not work public holidays.
If you email me before or after these hours, there may be a delayed response. Sunday's are my day to recharge. I occasionally answer emails on this day but it is not a work day.
Since the start of Beadz 2 Pleaz online, I have closed my shop 4-6 months out of every year to work on other projects and do not do any custom orders or shipping. I always announce it a month before, so take a look out for notices in my shop to avoid any disappointment. I am always available and my shop remains open for communication so you are welcome to contact me. There might be slight delays in returning emails.

Items with engraving on them are NOT refundable.
SALE ready to ship items are NOT refundable
➤ Please note that I am not responsible for a package once it leaves my hands to the shipper.
➤ If you are an overseas customer, please supply a telephone number for shipping purposes. Failing to do this means I cannot be held responsible if the items/order is not delivered properly.
In the event that a package is damaged during shipping, please contact me immediately. Please send photographs of the damaged items and the packaging/box.
➤ If a product is not to the buyers liking and it is not custom made for a specific person, name, date, quote, logo, verse (etc..) The buyer may return the unused product within 7 days of buyer receiving, for a full remake or refund of that item. The buyer is responsible for the original shipping and the return shipping. If the product was custom made and approved, no refunds are available. The moment an approval is given, there are no refunds for the product.
If a mistake has been made by the seller on the product and has not been used, you may return it within 7 days and the seller will pay for the return shipping. If the buyer made the mistake, no refund on product or shipping will be granted. The buyer is responsible for proofreading all examples {samples, proofs} for ANY wording, punctuation, icon or date mistakes before customization is performed. The moment the buyer approves the proof, the buyer is saying all wording and dates are correct. Most items are customized within 48 hours, depending on the work load (seasonal)but if production time is available customization could start in as little as 5 to 10 minutes after approval. After 21 days, all sales are FINAL regardless of mistakes.
No replacement products will be shipped until original order has been received from buyer unless otherwise approved. Approved replacement pieces will be free of charge unless the original was used or damaged. It also must be in the original packaging that was sent to you.
Cancellations - Within 21 days of purchase, a 100% a refund may be granted If no examples are sent to buyer. If a buyer asks for a cancellation within those 21 days and customization has began, only a partial refund will be granted. It is up to the sellers discretion on the refund amount. After 21 days, whether any customization has started or not, the sale is final. At all times it is up to the sellers discretion on refunds. After 45 days no refunds will be given and order will be closed.
Payment

After a transaction is made, payment should be made no later than 3 days. If no payment is made within this time, the sale will be cancelled.
If you have left no instructions in the note to seller section and I have not heard from you regarding the details I need to perform, then after 2 days, I may cancel and refund the monies, depending on the deadline.
Please leave a contact phone number and email address in case I need to get hold of you. Please also check your spam mail.
Shipping
Custom orders may require longer due to increasing business. I'll keep you posted at all times. It's just me the Lone Star Beader doing all the bead work so please bare with me.
Rest assured, your product is being carefully put together for you. Please factor this time into your ordering process to avoid disappointment. If you do not let me know in the note to seller section when checking out, when you are needing your product, I will assume that it is NOT needed in a rush and could extend the lead time so please leave details. This helps with confusion especially with the load I have.
Once a product is shipped out to you, I am NOT responsible for the package. I Always supply a tracking number and it is up to you the customer to keep track once the tracking number is sent to you via email/Etsy. PLEASE check your email that is supplied via Etsy when purchasing to make sure it does not land up in spam.
➤ If you are an overseas customer, please supply a telephone number for shipping purposes. Failing to do this means I cannot be held responsible if the items/order is not delivered properly.

Please make sure that your PayPal address and your Etsy address match up when purchasing. Should these addresses not match up and you have not informed me of which address you would like me to ship to, I will automatically ship to your PayPal address. You can confirm this in the note to buyer or in an email to me when purchasing, to avoid any confusion.
If your PayPal needs to be updated, kindly do so before purchasing as NO address changes will be accepted after the transaction is complete. Should the package arrive at an invalid address, you will be liable for reshipment costs to retrieve your order. Thanks for understanding.

If you order something that is a custom order, PLEASE leave ALL instructions on color, engraving, timing and all the details needed in the note to seller section when checking out. Emailing me color samples is first prize too. This way, I am able to best match your color theme.
➤ KINDLY NOTE - No I do not offer this service. Non of my items come in fancy boxes from my suppliers as I purchase in bulk to accommodate my huge turn around. I purchase the items I bead/engrave onto wholesale. You will have to locate these yourself at your local craft store. I ship for safety and security so I make sure the product is well protected foremost.

Where do I find the engraving fonts?
We offer a huge selection of engraving fonts and these are sent to your email address supplied through Etsy after payment goes through. You choose your font, let me know and then we send you a draft before engraving.
Do you offer engraving on all your items?
Yes we offer engraving on all our items. We are professionally trained engravers and do this straight from our studio without the middle man. Nothing is outsourced as this is against Etsy's policies. We are the one stop shop. We offer good pricing as a result for our engraving services.
Do you offer ready to ship items?
Yes I do, there is a section specifically for ready to ship items. If you are wanting any engraving done on these items, please allow a few days before shipping.
Do you offer gift wrapping, special packaging and/or a gift box with the purchase?
No I do not offer this service. Non of my items come in fancy boxes from my suppliers as I purchase in bulk to accommodate my huge turn around. I purchase the items I bead/engrave onto wholesale. You will have to locate these yourself at your local craft store. I ship for safety and security so I make sure the product is well protected foremost.
I do have a rustic box option as a separate listing should you want your items "prettied" up in a rustic way for gift giving. Email me if you have any questions or queries on the matter before you purchase to avoid any disappointment.
Can you match colors and themed engraving to my special occasion?
Most certainly. This is what we do best. Custom orders are what we love. From gorgeous Swarovski crystals, Swarovski pearls, fresh water pearls, metallic beads, seed beads to name a few. We engrave themes onto the handles and personal messages, dates and names onto all our cake serving sets. Toasting flutes, cake forks, memorial candles and more. All these items may have color beading and wire to match your taste. Just contact me and I will work with you to come up with a unique personalized item. We are your one stop shop with no middle man.
How long have you been in business for?
I started beading items offline in 2004 and started selling online on Etsy and elsewhere from 2008. I am authentically the very first artist on Etsy to bead cake server sets, champagne flutes, martini glasses, wine glasses and cake forks with Swarovski crystals and/or fresh water pearls.
What is your production time to complete orders?
My production times vary according to work load. Typically it takes 6-8 weeks to be safe on most items. Some items like children's spoons and smaller items can be done faster. Plain engraving takes a few days excluding shipping time provided all details are supplied and all is approved timeously. Good news, my current production time is 4-6. If you need it sooner, I do work on a rush fee system. Contact me if unsure.
I have many orders coming in daily and don't just sell off Etsy so if in doubt, just contact me. Beading each item myself with care and precision, takes time.
Can you rush my order for me even though it's needed before your production time?
Yes I can and I do. Just let me know and I will see if the rush fee applies. I often fit orders in if able without the rush fee but this depends on my work load at the time of contact. It varies daily.
A rush fee means your job will be done sooner than the lead time to accommodate your deadline.
Do you sell year round?
No I do not. I keep my shop open for communication at all times, but I only sell around 6-8 months annually. Since I receive many orders well in advance before needed, I do still spend time chatting and sorting out the details while not physically doing orders or shipping them out, so I'm just an email away. There might be slight delays at times when I'm not selling but I will get back to you.
To avoid any disappointment, it is best to check my policies for latest dates and details on times not selling, or just contact me to make sure.
Care instructions
I always recommend hand washing my product just to preserve the beauty. Air dry afterwards then pack away in dry storage. All engraved items with no beading, are fully dishwasher safe.
Do you use AB (Aurora Boreale) Swarovski crystals?
I do on request only. The crystals have a coating on them that will eventually rub off. The crystals also reflect all colors of the rainbow which effects your special occasion color scheme and photographs, unless you are looking for a rainbow effect.
"AB stands for Aurora Boreale; a special coating that is applied to the surface of a glass stone or bead to produces a very light rainbow effect that leans toward a pale yellow tone, but also shimmers in pink and blue. This coating gives depth and hue to other colors. When applied on a color stone, it changes the color just slightly and gives it a rainbow effect"
