We offer exchanges and refunds on unwashed, unused, unworn items within 14 days of receiving, minus the shipping cost. Clearance items are final sale.

Please send us a message with your order number and request. Once your return is inspected and approved, we will refund you by the original method of payment. You will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Unless specified, I send most orders via Canada Post Lettermail and Small Packet, which is a service that provides cheap shipping cost however does not provide any tracking information. We are not held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels sent via Lettermail and Small Packet.

♦ When will my item be mailed out?
Your order will be mailed out within 1-3 business days of placing the order.

♦ When can I expect my item to arrive once shipped?
• within Canada avg 3-10 business days.
• within USA avg 10-15 business days
Most items will arrive within this time frame but can take longer so please allow up to 28 business days. Please be patient as unpredicted events can affect shipping ie: weather, postal strike, etc.

♦ How do I track my item?
"Free shipping" uses Lettermail & Small Packet, which do NOT include tracking. You may choose to upgrade the shipping to have your parcel tracked. Please kindly understand, I am NOT responsible for lost packages if you do not choose tracked shipping.

♦ Can I get express shipping?
Yes, for an upgrade I can ship the item to you via Canada Xpress Post. Please contact me first if this service is needed for postage quote.

♦ I haven't received my item, what should I do?
If your package hasn't arrived within 28 business days please get in touch with me. I want all my customers to be happy and will make an effort to achieve that.

♦ Customer is responsible for any customs charges/import duty/taxes etc..

♦ In order to save trees, I don't include printed invoice in the package unless it's requested.
