Making everyday moments memorable

BeanBlossom Designs began after lots of love and encouragement from my husband. He was looking at some of my recent scrapbook pages and mentioned how I should make pages for others and sell them. Why not turn a passion of mine into a business and from that the idea took root.

The name BeanBlossom is in honor of my grandfather. He was an artist that specialized in oil paintings of horses. These portraits were so life-like that you could imagine the subject stepping right out of the painting. He began his artistic career on the side while he worked as a dairy farmer on his farm located on Beanblossom Road. My granddaddy was a very important man to me and I feel it is only appropriate to remember him as I embrace my own creative venture.

Welcome to BeanBlossom Designs! I'm Laura, the owner and designer. I've been making scrapbooks for myself and family for 17 years and believe in the importance of honoring memories by getting pictures out of boxes and off of computers and into albums that will be admired for generations. I want to help you do that as well. I use only acid and lignin free products to preserve the quality of your images for years to come.

I also enjoy creating handmade greeting cards and gift items as they make gift giving occasions a little more personal and special. I have also recently started adding home and party decor items, like the adorable mobiles inspired by my children. Please check back frequently as new items are added.

Returns and exchanges
Your satisfaction is of great importance to BeanBlossom Designs. In the event that you receive a product and are not satisfied, please let me know within 7 business days of receiving the item and I will do my best to remedy the situation. In some situations a return can be arranged and you will be refunded the purchase price, less any shipping charges and rush fees.

All sales are final on any personalized or custom orders and cannot be returned.
Payment
BeanBlossom Designs currently accepts payment with major credit cards, Pay Pal, as well as Etsy gift cards. Orders will not be completed and shipped until payment is received in full, including custom orders. If payment is not received within 3 business days of the order, then the order will be cancelled and re-listed.

All Ohio orders will be charged a sales tax of 7.25%.
Shipping
**PROCESSING TIMES AND RUSH ORDERS**
Please note the processing time (time from order to shipment) on the individual listings as it does vary based on the amount of time to complete each item. When placing a custom order, please be aware that additional processing time may be needed to allow for purchasing of supplies and production. The expected time to completion of your order will be made clear in your custom listing for you to review prior to purchase.

If you need your order rushed and completed prior to the stated processing time, please communicate this with me PRIOR to purchasing via an Etsy Conversation. Sometimes, a rush order can be accommodated based on my schedule and availability of necessary supplies. All rush orders must receive approval from me prior to purchasing or your order is in danger of being cancelled.

**SHIPPING OPTIONS**
All orders will ship via the United States Post Office. Depending on the listing, you may be provided with a variety of options for shipping speed to choose from at checkout. If you would like insurance on your order, please mention this prior to ordering so that a custom listing for that upgrade can be created for you.

If your delivery address is within Clinton County, Ohio, please communicate this with me prior to ordering. If you desire, I will be happy to work with you to arrange a local pick up for your order and save you the cost of shipping. Shipping charges will be automatically charged by Etsy but a refund will be issued once the product is hand-delivered to you.

At this time, we can only offer shipping to customers within the United States.
