"Picking" Myself Up

I can’t start off my bio by saying I grew up with anyone in my family who collected antiques or got me interested in vintage. It was my own curiosity of what life was like “back then”. I started collecting as an adult wondering who held this, what kind of home this came from; what it was like to read by candlelight. I didn’t collect any one thing. I had brass, Asian, farm antiques, kitchen antiques, early American, and so forth.
After a while, I knew it was time to cut down and someone told me about Etsy. It was after some time here, that I began “picking” and really enjoyed looking for things that I hoped my customers would like as much as I did.
