Thankyou for visiting Bearcabinminiatures. I hope you will enjoy taking a peek at my listings. I am a miniature artist in my spare time only, so please 'bear' with me if I don't have many things listed when you look, but keep checking back. The majority of our items are 12th scale and handmade by myself or my husband. They take many hours of love and eye strain to complete! All our items are ready to post before listing. My bears evolve as I sculpt, therefore they are one of a kind, however, my miniature cushions can be made in different colourways to match your interiors. If you see an item you like, but would rather it in a different colour, just ask and I will try my best to accomondate you.

Payment
Please could invoices be paid within 3 days, this helps with my paperwork and also the sooner an item is paid for, the sooner I can send it on it's way to you.
UK payments via Paypal, cash on collection or postal order.
Overseas payments by Paypal only, please.
My preferred method of payment is via Paypal as it is quick and easy for both parties. UK- If paying by crossed postal order, I will hold your parcel untill the payment has cleared, I will notify you when it has cleared and the parcel has been posted.
Good customer service is important to me and I will email you when your parcel has been posted and any unpacking instructions (for houses) I would appreciate it, if you could email me once your parcel has safely arrived.

For UK customers, smaller parcels are sent first class Recorded delivery and houses via Parcelforce.
For Overseas customers, smaller parcels are sent via Airsure and houses via Parcelforce International.
All custom duties or your counties taxes are the buyers responsability.
