Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders
Custom and personalized orders are non refundable unless there is a defect or error caused by me. If you give me the wrong information such as misspelling of name, size, or address, that is considered buyer error and is therefore non refundable. Please double check your order before you send it. If I send you a message before completing your order, I am double checking because something is either missing or unclear with your order.
** You have the option to purchase insurance on every postal package when you order from me. Every item does come with tracking.
Please note that some international orders cannot be tracked.
Sizing details
If you are unsure of sizing, please contact before/when ordering or leave a message with your order. Some of my items are ready to ship the same day. Therefore they may go into the mail very quickly, before you've realized you've forgotten something and sent a message.
Estimated Shipping Costs
Because of the way the shipping costs are estimated by the postal service, sometimes you are slightly overcharged. I will refund any overages in excess of (US dollars) $1.00. I will notify you via etsy message if this occurs.
Additional Shipping Information/ Missing Packages/ Insurance
*Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Most of my items (except custom orders) ship within 24hrs. excluding weekends and holidays. I use estimated shipping on most items in my shop. You will receive a tracking number via etsy. If you choose to use Priorty Mail, you automatically get tracking and insurance with your package. Every package from USPS has GPS tracking. They know exactly where it was delivered, down to what porch and what door. If your package is missing, and the tracking says it was delivered, please check with your neighbors and then with your local postal service to locate it.
