What is the delivery time of my order?
Inside the Netherlands it is usually 1 business day. Other countries, like the USA and Europe it is between 8 and 30 BUSINESS days. Shipping everything from the Netherlands within 1-2 business days but after that it is up to the post companies and out of my hands. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
TIP! In the months OCTOBER, NOVEMBER and DECEMBER use TRACK & TRACE.
Post organisations are in these months extra busy with delivering Christmas related post, and therefore delays are unavoidable. In some circumstances these can last up to 6 weeks after the estimated delivery date. It is recommended to order as soon as possible to have your things on time for Christmas. Refunds for lost items that are ordered in November and December are only done from February. Because most "lost" packages are delivered after the Christmas rush.
Track & Trace on my order?

I have not received a confirmation/Etsy will refund the amount to my account.
Some banks require a confirmation to verify your payment. You will see a button (at the bottom of the screen or in the middle of the screen, depending on the bank you have chosen.) with 'complete payment' or something similar. It is important that the payment is completed correctly. If this does not happen, the payment will be cancelled, but the amount will be debited from the account.
Don't worry, Etsy will refund this to the account within a few working days.
Such an cancelled order does not appear in my overview, I cannot see it. You will then have to place the order again.
