Please READ our Shop Policies before placing orders.
Accepts Paypal & Credit Card Payments. When using Paypal e-check, order will be considered paid on the date the check clears.
Request for order cancellation must be made within 24 hours when the order was placed. Failure to do so, Refund Policy will be strictly applied.
Etsy's "Ready to ship in" label - means "processing time" or the time allotted for production. Please check the "specified" number of weeks per listing. This information is provided in the Listing Description.
Processing Time Guidelines:
1. Dresses - approximately 6 to 8 weeks
2. Sashes - approximately 4 to 6 weeks
3. Bouquets - approximately 4 to 6 weeks
4. Bolero/jackets - approximately 4 to 6 weeks
5. Headpieces - approximately 4 to 6 weeks
6. Jewelries - approximately 1 to 2 weeks
7. Others - approximately 4 to 6 weeks
The Shipping Address on your Etsy account is the official address where your order(s) will be shipped. Please check/update your account before placing order. If you wish to ship your order to a different address other than what's in your Etsy account, please contact us before placing your order.
Orders are shipped with Shipping Insurance. And in addition;
1. Order with value of $350 and above will require Recipient's Signature upon delivery.
2. Orders with combined value of $350 and above will require Recipient's Signature upon delivery.
Shipping Notification will be emailed to you via Etsy email once your order is ready to ship. This will include the tracking number. Please check if your package require Recipient's Signature upon delivery.
We use USPS as our standard shipping service, unless specified or requested otherwise.
SHIPPING WITHIN US ONLY
We only ship within the US mainland, unless specified or requested otherwise.
Refunds and Exchanges
NOTE FROM THE SELLER:
All orders undergo thorough inspection to make sure they pass quality control before they leave our shop. Please understand that we'll not intentionally give you anything less and will damage our shop's reputation in the process. We give as much attention to carefully pack for shipping your order as well as making them.
Nevertheless, there will always be things that are beyond our control or can go wrong (human factor), like;
1) Damages or lost resulted in transit by the shipping company.
2) Item needs repair resulted in transit by the shipping company.
3) We inadvertently shipped the wrong item.
Please contact us within 48 hours upon receipt of the package. Our Customer Service will work it out with you.
1) For Dresses, Boleros/Jackets, Veils
1.1 Standard US size - with no modification
-> Partial Refund of 75% when Refund Requirements are satisfied
1.2 Customized order - using buyer's size measurement and/or color requirement.
-> Partial Refund of 60% when Refund Requirements are satisfied
2) For Sashes, Brooch Bouquets, Cuffs, Headpieces
"All Sales are Final."
3) For Earrings
-> Partial Refund - 75% when Refund Requirements are satisfied
4) For DIY Supply - All Sales are Final.
5) For Items On Sale - All Sales are Final.
We advise you to "strictly" follow these requirements to receive a refund. Failure to do so, will forfeit any refund.
-> Item(s) must be returned within 72 hours upon notifying us. Email us the tracking number of the package. You're responsible for the shipping cost.
-> Item(s) must be in it's original condition, and no damages that may result from wearing/trying out the item, i.e. dirty, stain, odor, rip, etc.

Q1: Do you have inventories that are ready to ship?
Q2: What does "Quantity available" or "Only 1 available" mean?
A2a: Quantity available - is the quantity available to buyers for purchase. It's NOT an Inventory.
A2b: Only 1 available - is the available quantity left to buyers for purchase. It's NOT an inventory or quantity on hand that is ready to ship. NO ready to ship items.
Q3: What is Rush Order?
A3: Rush order is a "request" from the buyer for the order to be processed earlier than what is advertised in the Item Listing. This is to "expedite" production/processing time of your order. It's NOT expedited shipping. It cuts the number of weeks it takes to "finish" your order, i.e. from 4-6 weeks to 3-4 weeks. *We only accept rush order "requests" if our workload/schedule permits.
Q4: What is Rush Order Fee?
A4: Rush order fee is the payment for the approved Rush Order request. It's NOT an upgrade of shipping service type, i.e. from Standard to Overnight shipping.
Q5: Confuse with Etsy listing format?
A5.1 Quantity Available - By Etsy's definition, it's the quantity available to buyers for purchase. It's NOT an Inventory. NO "Ready-To-Ship items.
A5.2 Only 1 available - is the available quantity left to buyers for purchase. It's NOT an inventory or quantity on hand that is ready to ship. NO ready to ship items.
A5.3 Shipping Service Time - this is the shipping service delivery time. Please do not confuse it with our production/processing time. Orders are not processed or finished in just 2-3 days.
