Thank you so much for your interest in my products and my shop! While I focus on high quality, unique designs for special occasions, I love a challenge... so if you have a special request, please ask!

Also, I am willing and able to do the complete production for you (design, print, cut, assemble, address, mail) if you so desire. This will fall under a custom listing and we'll go over all the details and costs together.

Accepted payment methods

Paypal
Returns and exchanges
Full payment is required at time of purchase, however, if you do not like the sample that I send for you to proof colors and format, you may let me know within one week and I will give you a full refund. This way you can be sure you are going to love your final product. No risk involved here!

If you approve the color and format proof and we move onto formatting and designing your individual product you will only receive a 50% refund if you decide to go a different route.

If you have approved your final proof and I have sent you your final PDF no refunds will be offered.
Payment
I accept personal check, cashiers check, and credit cards via PayPal. Please note that I will not start production of your order until your payment has been received. Full payment is required at time of purchase so I can start working on your beauty.
Shipping
Most of my products are "shipped" via email, so please provide me with an email address that you check often and can receive large attachments.

If you are purchasing something that I will physically ship, it will be done so wrapped and packaged in a sturdy container or bow to prevent bending.
Additional policies and FAQs
I will help you with printing problems to the best of my ability, but every printer manufacture is different and each printer is different. Please check your printer users guide if you have any questions! If you are working with a professional printer your life will be much much easier and your final product will look more professional. Ink quality is much higher and the quality of paper available is usually far superior to what you can find at staples. I highly recommend doing this. If needed, I will be in contact directly with them to trouble shoot problems. To find a professional print shop, type your hometown and the words professional print shop into Google. Most print shops are willing and happy to work with individuals with "smaller" orders.
