This was perfect for my son's smash cake photos! I also ordered it last minute (1 week before pictures). The seller was very understanding and mailed to me the same day I ordered it. Very responsive. Great Seller!

A Beautiqueful Life

After dabbling in the blankets and hair accessory market from 2011 to 2012 I decided to join the wonderful world of children's clothing and accessories. I have had a love for sewing since I was a teen and needed something to fill my time while being a stay at home mom to my young children. We are a military family that knows all to well the woes of dislocating to new places and unfamiliar things and my business has been one constant through it all. I have met so many wonderful people who share the same love I have for the items I create along the way.

Though I am a one woman show, some days shipping wouldn't be possible without the help from loving husband who has been the master of helping pack getting packages to the post office in time when I am busy sewing up a storm.

I am always here to help create custom items for your little ones for those special occasions and daily wear!

Payment
PayPal and Credit/Debit is accepted forms of payment. Also, We do not start making any custom order until payment is made and cleared.
Shipping
The first (and cheapest) shipping available is First Class mail. For Domestic packages it is an average of 3-5 days from date shipped to recieve. For International it varies. At this time, we only offer first class shipping options to U.S., Canada, and Mexico residents.

There are shipping upgrades for U.S. residents readily available at checkout that include a Priority (2-3 day service) upgrade and Express (1-2 day service). Rates for Canada are as follows:
Small Flat Rate Box or Padded Envelope: $19.50
Medium Flat Rate Box: $40
Large Flat Rate Box: $53

For Mexico:
Small Flat Rate Box or Padded Envelope: $23.50
Medium Flat Rate Box: $58.75
Large Flat Rate Box: $76.50

If you would like an upgrade and are in Canada or Mexico, please send a message to create a reserved listing for your item(s) and shipping. We understand shipping can be costly for international customers and we will do our best to give the best possible rates. While priority shipping is always the most secure in our opinion, we do allow Mexico and Canada residents to choose First Class mailing rates.

All packages will have insurance and confirmation/tracking numbers for you to track your package if shipped in the United States. International tracking is limited but available when shipped using Priority mail.
Refunds and Exchanges
If an item is damaged DURING shipping, I will replace it within 10 days from the day I shipped the item. If a headband is the wrong size due to a buyer not including the size at checkout, I will redo the band part for no extra charge, but the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Clothing can be returned IF there is a problem such as wrong size, wrong item or fabric, or has something wrong that needs to be fixed (in other words we have sent you the wrong item). Absolutely no items, no matter the problem, will be accepted for a FULL refund if it has been worn, has any tears, holes or stains, or has been washed unless there is a flaw such as a popped seam during wear or wash. We must be contacted within the first few days you receive your item and mailed back to us within one (1) week. So please make sure to inspect and try on anything you have, especially those items for special occasions.

Custom quilts cannot be exchanged unless there is a noticable defect or I sent you the wrong item. If you are unhappy with the item, I will do my best to fix any problems. Other wise, no refunds are accepted at this time.

No items after a two week period from the day we mail it out can be accepted for a refund. Here at BCC, we will do our very best to fix any and all problems we can even after this two week window, but full refunds on custom items are not allowed at that point.
