Everything is handmade by me in my smoke-free home!! It is a cat and bird friendly home, though they are not allowed in the crafting studio. Please keep this in mind if you have severe allergies!

Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
I want you to be completely happy with your purchase! Returns are accepted within 7 days in their original unused condition. Returns will be accepted for store credit or exchanges for items available within the store only. Shipping is not refunded. If you intend to return your purchase please send me a message within 3 days. If any items are returned without notice I will not be able to give you credit or work out an exchange with you. Please be aware that custom orders are non-refundable.
Payment
I accept Paypal for payment on all orders. You can use Paypal to pay via credit card without signing up! I can also send you an invoice to pay via Google Checkout if you prefer. If you would like to pay with a Money Order please send me a message before you purchase to verify payment method and work out any further details.
PLEASE READ: Payment is expected immediately when you choose Paypal as payment method! If you are having issues with the payment system please send me a message as soon as possible to let me know about the problem. I will happily to send you an invoice to complete payment.

Shipping
All orders will be shipped first class mail by default. To upgrade to Priority Shipping please let me know in the notes to seller, submit but do not pay yet and I will send you a revised invoice with the cost of shipping upgrade! If you would like insurance I will gladly add it to your package at an additional cost, just let me know in the box provided for messages to seller. I do ship outside of the US and will send any orders through First Class Mail International. International customers are responsible for any customs, taxes, or other duty charges.

Additional policies and FAQs
Custom orders – I am happy to do custom orders at this time! If you see something you would like more of, in a different color, different size or whatever you can dream of send me a private message and I will do my best to work it out with you. I require a nonrefundable 50% deposit of the quoted price for the custom order.
