Quality Handknits for Babies, Children and Adults.

I have always enjoyed knitting and find it both relaxing and rewarding! Both of my children spent their early years wearing my hand knitted aran sweaters and woollies with their favourite nursery characters on, much to the envy of their friends! I opened my Etsy shop when I needed an outlet for my handknitted inspirations and also welcome custom orders.

If you would like something knitted just for you, then just contact me with your ideas and we can go from there. I will even knit your ideal item without a pattern if there is no pattern available!

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If you are not happy with your purchase, or choose to cancel your order, please contact me within 14 days of receipt with a clear statement so we can resolve the issue. I will either exchange or refund the item after return to me in the original unused condition.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction, after the goods have been received by me.
"Cancellation policy to comply with EU regulations update."
This rule does NOT apply to custom-made products.
Payment
Paypal is the preferred method of payment. I also accept payment by credit card / debit card and Etsy Gift cards.
Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact me immediately.
Shipping
Your purchase will be posted within 1 or 2 working days of receiving cleared payment, unless it is a custom order and I will let you know the time needed to produce your item before it can be shipped.
Postage is combined on multiple purchases, which takes place at checkout.
All items are posted by Royal Mail which gives proof of posting, tracking and must be signed for on delivery.
I am not responsible if a package is undeliverable due to an inaccurate shipping address provided by the buyer, or is unclaimed by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package, and any customs fees and duties due from importing goods into their country.

Many of the items displayed in bebbyjumpers boutique can be custom made just for you. Please contact me for information about yarns and prices. I am happy to correspond with you about your custom order until you are satisfied with all details, and will provide photos before your final payment. I have had no complaints since opening my Etsy store about any item that I have designed or knitted for my customers.
