Bethany Bond. Photographic Art.

Guildhall, Vermont 5 Sales On Etsy since 2010

Announcement   Hi there, thanks for poking around my shop!

For the moment I am listing some of my "little art". Each piece is usually available in a 4"x4" or 6"x6" print. These are giclée prints, taped around the edges with linen tape, and then stitched into frames made from reclaimed wood (usually pine). Please note that the smaller prints are stitched once on each side, while the larger ones are stitched twice; the product photos here on etsy may vary.

I will soon be listing larger pieces, in which multiple photographs are sewn together, weaving together galaxies and seashells, hair and tree branches.

Through most of my work I try to convey my belief that everything is connected—everything is made up of the same things. A cell, a galaxy, the coffee in my cup, the shoes on my feet. The way we all live and breathe and feel is always different, yet always the same. Through these little pieces, I hope to unravel these connections a bit, and bring objects of simple beauty to as many people as possible, while making art affordable.

Enjoy!
