Frequently asked questions
What address will your package ship to?
Please make sure that the address associated with your Etsy and/or Paypal account is current and correct. I ship to the address which is provided to Etsy when you check out and it is automatically entered into the shipping label. I am not responsible for re-shipping costs if you provide an address with errors or one that is outdated and a package is undeliverable.
Can you tell me more about the return policy for kits?
If you have opened or used a kit, it is no longer in original condition and you may not return it. If you have a problem, concern or questions about your item, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item and I will work with you to make it right.
What if my item is damaged in shipping?
If a piece is damaged in shipping, please contact me within 7 days and I will repair, refund or replace the damaged item.
Custom and personalized orders
I am happy to do custom sets of buttons for your knitting or weaving group, guild or retreat. Convo me with your ideas and we can work out details and prices to create a custom listing for you.
Where do you get your fabrics?
I design all of my fabrics and have them digitally printed. The patterns that I create are digital files. They start out as a photograph, illustration or a piece of handmade art. A giant ink jet printer then digitally prints my design onto many different fabrics. I work with a company called Spoonflower to do the printing, because they enable me to work with large professional quality printers that I couldn’t otherwise have access to.
Wholesale availability
Yes. Absolutely. Contact me and we can talk about the details.
