Thank you so much for sharing in my joy for high quality handmade jewelry. Each of my designs is original, carefully made with my skilled hands and under my "perfectionist" eyes in my Santa Fe New Mexico studio. I use the highest quality materials available, ethically sourced stones and recycled metals when available. Items are not mass produced so you'll know you have a unique piece of wearable art.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
Please make a thoughtful decision when purchasing. I will except exchanges. Items damaged during shipping or determined to have workmanship defects will be replaced. Buyer must notify seller within 3 business days of receipt and items must be received by becki jacoby designs within 10 business days to be eligible for replacement.
ALL CUSTOM ORDERS, Deposits and Final Payments are Nonrefundable.

Payment is made upon order placement.
Shipping
Ready made items ship within 3-5 business days. Made to order items ship within 1-3 weeks depending on the complexity. All items are shipped First Class Express Mail in a gift box inside of a sturdy USPS package, assuring your items arrive safely. Items over $150 retail ship priority mail with insurance and delivery confirmation included.

If you would like to request a different shipping method, expedited shipping or shipping outside of the continental USA, please let me know in the comment box when you place your order. I will let you know what the charges will be and added to your payment method.

ALL ORDERS including CUSTOM ORDERS, DEPOSITS and FINAL PAYMENTS are NONREFUNDABLE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL yet Exchanges are accepted.
RING ORDERS: Please insure the exact ring size you need. I recommend being sized by a professional jeweler. Resizing after purchase will be the responsibility of buyer by a third party. It is the buyers responsibility to provide the correct, accurate size.
CUSTOM ORDERS: I welcome custom orders ideas. Please contact me to discuss.
