Absolutely fabulous! Love it! Thx for such quick shipping! Update a week later: I may never take this off! PERFECT weight for running in and out of buildings in the cold but still able to keep on while inside because it's just plain gorgeous and not too bulky or hot! Could NOT be happier! thanks again!

Welcome to my shop policies!

I love what I do and take great pride in the quality of my creations.

Color is my great love and inspiration.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions, I try to thoroughly describe my items in my listings but if I left out anything that you see as important information I would be happy to elaborate.

Custom orders are awesome, so don't be afraid to ask.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
If you are at all unsure about an item please don't hesitate to contact me before purchasing. I would be more than happy to answer questions or send you extra pictures.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact me within 5 days of delivery for either a refund or an exchange. Item must be returned in original condition. You are responsible for shipping costs.
I only accept Paypal as payment, if you would like to use a credit card please do so via Paypal.

Payment in full must be made at the time of checkout or within 48 hours of receiving an invoice. If you have extenuating circumstances and let me know what's going on, I'll generally be quite willing to wait a bit longer but please, please, let me know.

I reserve the right to cancel a sale if you don't pay and I don't hear anything from you.

Layaway- If you love an item but can't afford it I would be happy to work out a layaway plan that works for you. Send me a convo and we can figure out the details.
Domestic- I generally ship using USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation. I insure all orders over $40 (I pay for insurance so don't worry about it changing your shipping costs.) I live just around the corner from the Post Office so I will most often ship out the next day, sometimes even the same day, but no later than 3 days after you place your order.

If you would like something shipped faster than first class let me know before purchase so that I can alter the shipping costs.

Please make sure that your etsy address and paypal address are the same, or let me know in the comments to seller box which address to use.

International- If you are from a country that I haven't listed in my shipping options I would still be happy to ship to you, just send me a convo and I'll change the listing. Allow 3-5 weeks for delivery.
Additional policies and FAQs
I have allergies which makes it pretty easy to guarantee that my items are created in a smoke free, pet fur free environment :)

If you have any questions about anything, feel free to send me a conversation, I spend a lot of time on Etsy so I promise I will get back to you very quickly.

I love to do custom orders! If you see a piece in my shop that you like the design of but want in different colors or a different size, or different scent, etc. let me know and I would be happy to make something to your specifications.

Also, if you have a desired woven item in your head that you haven't been able to find in reality, I would love to try to create it for you! My loom has a 24" weaving width and I can weave up to 48" using the double weave technique.
