Shop policies

Most of the items you see in my shop will be one offs. I usually only buy a limited amount of materials so if you see something you love, snap it up and enjoy your one of a kind purchase!

Accepted payment methods

Payment is by PayPal only (you don't need a Paypal account to pay with a credit/debit card through them). Please make payment as soon as possible after placing your order. Please note that payments via PayPal e-cheque can take up to a week to clear from the US and up to two weeks from the UK, though the average is around 5 days. Orders will be despatched once confirmation of cleared payment has been received from PayPal. Please do convo or email me if you have any problems with payment.

Payment is expected within 48 hours after purchase.

If you wish to cancel an order after payment please convo/email immediately. Please note if an order has already been shipped a refund will only be possible when the goods are returned.
All orders, wherever possible (unless custom/ made to order), will usually be despatched within three working days from the day after receipt of order and cleared payment - usually 1 or 2 working days after receipt of payment. Please note I am unable to ship on Saturdays, Sundays, UK public holidays or during unexpected events such as postal strikes. Please note I can not be held responsible for delays in delivery once the package has been passed to the Royal Mail or for delays in delivery due to circumstances out of my control such as postal strikes or the Christmas holiday period when delivery is always slower. Should an exceptional event occur I will inform you of this at the time of purchase or as near to it as possible.

Custom orders will be given a timeframe of finishing and dispatch at the point of order.

Please note I am based in the UK and shipping overseas can take time to arrive.

Shipping outside of the UK may take longer, up to as much as 6 weeks though it should be noted that this is not the norm - it can be incredibly quick - 2-3 working days to the rest of Europe and 3-7 working days to the US/Australia/New Zealand/Japan etc. If you haven't received your order after 25 working days please contact me so that I can start the claims process and offer you a refund (please contact me sooner if you are worried).

I send most items to the UK Royal Mail second class recorded and overseas Airmail via Royal Mail. If you require tracking, insurance or a faster service please contact me BEFORE buying as it will incur an additional charge.

Please note that orders placed outside of the EU may be liable for customs duty/import taxes on delivery, this is entirely out of my control as are any delays in delivery due to customs interventions. Payment of such customs amounts are the responsibility of the person the package is addressed to.

If your country isn't listed for shipping, send me a convo and I will add it to the listing for you.

Postal address - I check both Etsy and Paypal addresses match. Please ensure that this is your correct address and if there is a significant difference in address I will convo you to confirm the correct and full postal address and will not send the item until I have had it confirmed by you. I can not be held responsible for undelivered packages due to discrepancies in Etsy to PayPal delivery addresses. If you need the item delivered to an address other than your Etsy or Paypal address, please send me a convo to let me know.

I will refund any difference in postage via Paypal.

Refunds and Exchanges
I am happy to exchange or credit/refund for any items you are not satisfied with (less shipping paid) if you notify me by convo or email of your decision on receipt and the items are returned immediately and no longer than 7 days after receipt provided it is returned in it's original condition and unused. It is advised that you obtain the minimum of a certificate of posting from the Post Office (or overseas equivalent) as I can not be held responsible for return goods lost in transit. Please note the returning customer is responsible for payment of return postage. Please also note that the occassional destash item will only be returnable if found to be faulty - in such instances this information will be clearly indicated in the item description.

Please note that I am unable to accept returns of items made to order without prior agreement from me.

My items are made in my smoke free home.

Descriptions etc - are as accurate as possible. All sizes are listed as approximate though in reality measured. All photographs are as accurate as possible as are colours unless specifically stated in the description as variable. Please allow for differences in colours on individual monitors.

Feedback - I will leave positive feedback on receipt of your feedback once I know your package has arrived safely and you are happy with your purchase. Should there be any problems with your order please, please, please convo or email me before leaving negative or neutral feedback. I want you to be happy with your purchase and aim to solve any problems at a customer services level i.e. prior to feedback.
