I happily accept custom orders on ALL the products I make. However, my ability to complete an order depends on the quantity you want and on the time frame in which you need them. Please contact me so that we may find a personalized solution.

The majority of my products are easy to care for. Products using either cork or waxed canvas are not machine washable but can be wiped down with a damp cloth. Cork products can be hand-washed using a mild soap. All products come with individualised care instructions.

My products are made with exceptional care. However, should the unexpected happen I will gladly repair any little mishaps that should happen, free of charge. The only cost to you is to mail it back to me. If the item is not repairable, I am happy to discuss this and find a personalized solution. This does not cover deliberate damage or apply to items that have not been used for their intended purpose.

All products are wrapped in paper or plastic to protect their integrity before being packed for shipping. Products will be shipped by Canada Post in either a cardboard box or plastic mailing envelope, depending on the nature and size of the product(s).

Gift wrapping is not available at this time. Sorry for any inconvenience.
