Bee Mindful Skin Care arose from a beekeeper's (me!) desire to make delicate, all natural skin care products from raw materials, including beeswax and honey, so that people with sensitive skin would not get rashes. This led from a hobby to a full-scale skin care business.
The products started out with honey and oatmeal soap. Then, goat milk soap was added and loved by many. As friends and family began to ask for more products, we experimented and created new recipes, which led to a great hand salve, body lotion and body cream, men's shaving soap and now three kinds of lip balm.
The hobby started on Cape Cod, where we lived and worked for many years. Then on to upstate New York, where we ran a small specialty berry farm. Bee Mindful Skin Care was created from many hours of planning, sample trials, and comments from customers. We, as well as our bees, have now settled back in Massachusetts, and find it quite pleasant.
It is our hope and mission to spread bee-loving flower seeds all around the United States, like Barbara Cooney wrote about in her famous children's book entitled," Miss Rumphius". We feel so strongly that the bees need our help, and that collectively we can, each one of us, make a real difference in their survival. People of all ages need to come together for this to be successful. We offer a wonderful wildflower mixture that has been repackaged for you that we call Bee Forage Banquet. This wildflower mixture was designed to create a foraging site for bees and other native pollinators with the nectar and pollen necessary to aid in the survival of these species. We will send you a free package of these wildflower seeds with every order that totals over $7.00.
We, here at Bee Mindful Skin Care, have produced a variety of wholesome skin care products that nourish your skin naturally. We are continually creating new recipes and testing new products.
Friends, family, and customers have remarked that they are in love with our products. It is easy to understand why, because they are made from only high quality natural ingredients.

Frequently asked questions
Where can I get my tracking information and find out when my order will ship?
Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can see your tracking number here after your order is shipped:
www.etsy.com/your/purchases You can use Etsy's tracking system to track your package and see estimated delivery date.
My order was shipped to an old address! What can I do?
Please be sure to check your shipping address prior to submitting your order. If after you submit your order and before your order ships, please send me a message with the correct shipping information. Packages that are delivered to the wrong address will not be replaced. If your order is returned back to me, you will be responsible to pay the additional shipping to the correct address. All shipping labels are created via Etsy using the shipping address you provided when you placed your order. Please be sure to double check your address!
My package has been marked delivered, but I don't have it. What should I do?
We suggest to check with your neighbors first to see if the mail was accidentally delivered to the wrong address by your postal carrier. If that does not work, please contact your post office. Ask them to provide the GPS coordinates to see where they delivered your package. We cannot be held liable for mis-delivered mail caused by USPS error. If the package is not located you must file a report at your local post office.
My tracking number hasn't updated in days/weeks and has not been received. What do I do?
All orders shipped come with USPS tracking information. You receive your tracking number when your item ships. USPS typically delivers first-class mail within 3-5 business days, however this is an estimate and there can be times when there is a delay in the delivery of your package. Please be patient, as your package will arrive. If your package has not moved in over a week, please send me a message and I will contact USPS. I have no control over how quickly your item is delivered and cannot be held responsible if your item does not make it by a certain date or for a special occasion. No refunds or returns are allowed because of post office delays.
Damaged Items
Any items damaged must be reported to me within 48 hours of delivery and accompanied by a photograph of the damaged item. A new item will not be sent or refund given until a photo is received of the damaged item or original item is sent back to me (Send tracking number as proof of shipment back to me).
