About BeeMineDesigns
Who is BeeMine Designs?
I love to draw. I think I was drawing in the womb! I went to college for illustration and changed majors to graphic design. When I graduated, I had hoped to land a job at Hallmark or American Greetings, creating greeting cards.
I landed a job as a designer for Xerox. 15 years later after Xerox and some design agencies, I went back to school to get my masters to teach art. It wasn’t until 2007, that I decided I wanted to create my style of cards and went to work on my designs. I started by selling my cards in my sister’s bakery/cafe. Then a friend told me about the website, Etsy and my online business, BeeMine Designs, was born in 2009. I have a quirky sense of humor and my style is light and whimsical.
My designs have shipped to all over the USA, Great Britain, Australia, Germany, Canada, and the Netherlands. It is always such a kick in the head when someone purchases one of my designs. It means I made the right decision to start creating my kind of art.
