I want kiddos to experience the magic of rainbows, make-believe, and sweet dreams. I want to be kind to the earth and use what already exists. I want big people to know that childhood doesn’t have to end just because they’ve grown up. My toys, plushies and other wee confections are designed with whimsy, vibrant colors and happy details, then handcrafted from secondhand stuff and eco-friendly fabrics in order to make all of these dreams come true.

I've been designing and creating things with what I had around me for longer than I can remember, but at some point, I decided that doing something arts-based with my life was impractical and probably impossible. It took the birth of my son to bring it back out into the light. I was inspired and wanted to make beautiful and unique toys for him. When he was a baby, I would take him to the thrift store with me and I started seeing the clothes differently--the racks of brightly striped tees became a rainbow of fat little bunnies, the yellow wool sweater was a chicken plushie...and that's how this began.

I’ve been reducing, re-using & amusing with Beeper Bébé designs for over 10 years now. In 2019 I finally decided it was time to make this my REAL full time job (even though it never ever feels like a job--just like I now live in the most magical land made up of toys, imagination and thrift stores every single day!)

Made for little people and the little people inside of big people. Come play.

    I hand-make toys, plushies and wee confections from secondhand stuff. In between, I listen to vinyl and drink whiskey. I also love to cook appetizers, bake cookies, grow veggies, be in the outdoors, visit Universal Studios, and just PLAY.

If there is something amiss or something seems different from what you expected, do let me know. I want you to be happy with your purchase and will work with you to ensure that you are.

I ship purchases within 1-5 business days following your purchase unless something else is arranged with me--I can often arrange to ship an item sooner if needed to try to get it to you by a certain date (message me to discuss). Please be aware that my shipping costs include the cost of shipping as well as handling charges to cover the cost of packaging and my time to package items and ship the items out to you.

Items lost or stolen during the shipping process are the responsibility of the carrier/postal/delivery service. While I am happy to work with you to get as much info as possible from the postal service, please be aware that I am not liable for the lost item. Also, in all the time I have been shipping items, I have never had a customer's purchase go missing forever--they have always turned up--so likelihood of this happening is very slim.

Please keep in mind that shipping items to countries outside the United States is taking longer due to the pandemic. Plan accordingly and please be patient.
