Returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Refunds are permitted within 7 days of receipt as long as the item is returned in its original condition.

Buyer pays for the cost of shipping in the case of a returned item. I recommend adding insurance and tracking to the returned item, as payment will only be refunded upon the actual receipt of the returned item.

Please understand that I cannot be responsible for returned items lost in transit, or items returned in such a state that they cannot be resold.
Payment
I accept payments through PayPal and all major credit cards.
Please pay upon purchase, and verify that the snail mail address listed on your Etsy account is accurate. If no payment has been received within 24 hours, the sale is void.
Shipping
Item will be shipped to your Etsy mailing address. Please verify that this is up to date.

Beasties are shipped within three days of purchase. You will be contacted once your item has shipped.

All domestic items are shipped USPS Priority Mail with insurance. Oddly shaped or sized items sent Priority Mail may include the cost of the box in the shipping fees. I do my very best to estimate the cost of postage accurately, but if I have over estimated an amount exceeding one dollar, the remaining funds will be refunded to your account.

International buyers are responsible for covering any additional fees due to customs, etc., associated with shipping an item to their particular country.

Please contact me if an item is lost or damaged in transit. International buyers should wait eight weeks to declare an item missing.

How to care for your soft-sculpture beastie:

Your beastie may arrive with a slightly bent armature. This armature can be carefully repositioned by gently bending the wires.

You can spot clean the surface of your soft-sculpture beastie with cold water if necessary.
