Welcome to Beets & Bears. Can’t thank you enough for stopping by!

We love unique and interesting accessories and that’s what you’ll find here. Every piece is handmade and very often one-of-a-kind. If you see something you like and think you might love it in a different color or metal, please convo us via Etsy or send us an email at info [!at]

We believe in being environmentally and socially responsible both in life and in design. We take advantage of vintage materials whenever possible. The suede and leather used in our designs is always either salvaged or vintage. We use high quality base metals and occasionally sterling silver as noted in item listings. We love purchasing supplies from Etsy sellers. We produce in small quantities, try to generate as little waste as possible and keep packaging to a minimum.

$1 or 5% from the purchase price of every item sold (whichever is higher) is donated to charity. The organizations we contribute to are highlighted on our website ( and we are always interested in suggestions of additional worthy national or international non-profits. Unless noted, we are not affiliated with these charities in any capacity other than as a donor.

If we do not hear from you within that time frame, your order will be cancelled and the item relisted.
All orders are shipped via USPS, usually within 1 to 2 days of when the order is placed. We are based in New York, NY and will ship worldwide.

If you would like expedited shipping, please convo us via Etsy or email us at info [!at] We prefer priority mail or Fedex, but will work with you to find a suitable expedited shipping arrangement. We will notify you ASAP of additional shipping charges and an invoice to cover additional charges will be sent via Paypal.

If it is necessary to cancel an order, please notify us IMMEDIATELY. We make every effort to ship within 1 to 2 days of original order placement and you will receive an email notification as soon as your item has shipped. Once an order has shipped, any cancellation will be considered an exchange.
Refunds and Exchanges
We sincerely hope you’ll love your order and won’t have any reason to return it, however, we do understand that life doesn’t always work that way :)
First, we’d like to offer you an exchange. If an exchange isn’t an appropriate solution, we will refund the purchase price of your item and will make arrangements for it to be returned to us. Custom orders can be exchanged, but are NOT refundable. Above all, we want you to be happy and will do everything we can to make that happen.

We can’t really give you a good reason as to why our company is called Beets & Bears, but we can tell you that beets and bears are two of Dwight Schrute’s favorite things.
