All refunds/exchanges will be negotiated on a case by case basis. Please contact me as soon as possible after receipt to discuss a return/exchange. You may be responsible for the shipping charges on any returns.
Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not available on earrings unless faulty.

PAYPAL
The easiest and fastest method of payment. During the Etsy checkout process, you will see a link to the Paypal site where you can submit payment.
If there is no payment within 5 days, your order may be cancelled, and the item relisted.

Etsy items are listed in US $, but you will find a currency converter within the Paypal service.

Please ensure at this stage that your Paypal and Etsy address match, if not, this may hold up shipping.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS PROCESSED VIA PAYPAL
If you do not have a Paypal account, Paypal can process your card information as payment, follow the message prompts for non-account holders.
Your banking details remain within the Paypal service only.

STERLING CHEQUES
If you prefer to pay by a cheque from a UK bank, click on payment as 'other', then please add a message in "Notes to Seller" informing me of your preference and I will inform you of the current currency rate, with final price in £ sterling, plus contact details.
Your order will be dispatched as soon as the cheque has cleared.

Shipping to UK and Europe by Royal Mail.
Please allow longer for delivery to USA.

As soon as possible after you make a purchase, I'll contact you with a confirmed dispatch date for your item. I will aim to have your purchase in the post within a couple of days.
Please allow 3-5 days for delivery within the UK.

All items will be sent in soft-centred packaging to keep them safe from harm.

If you would like insurance, priority shipping or any other service please let me know and we can discuss additional costs.

Unless you choose to insure your item it will not be covered due to loss or damage.
