BekaBoo Designs lovingly hand crafts homewares and gifts. I only sell items I would want to purchase myself and which I would happily have in my own home. My aim is to provide you with items you will love having in your home or giving to your loved ones as much as I have loved creating them.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
Payment is accepted via PayPal and funds must clear before your item will be dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order you can do so at no charge within 48 hours. After this time, if your item has been dispatched, I would ask you to return the item unopened and I will refund the cost price excluding postal charges (packaging charges will also be refunded). All refunds will be made via paypal on receipt of the returned item.
Shipping
We aim to ship your item within 48 hours of receipt of payment via a standard postal service. If this is not possible I will notify you on receipt of your order and confirm a dispatch date. Tracked or special delivery mail can be arranged and prices for these services will be confirmed on request. I do not routinely insure the packages I send but can also arrange this if required. These additional services are provided at cost price, I do not add any further handling charges.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not completely happy with your item please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Should you require a refund please return the item to us unworn, unwashed and in the condition it was sent within 7 days (UK) or 14 days (rest of world).

If items go missing in the post please allow at least three weeks before contacting me in case it turns up. I will file a claim with Royal Mail after 25 working days and will keep you informed of progress at all times. Refund will be available when we are both assured that the goods are missing.

I am always happy to accept custom orders and will confirm a price including post and packaging and ask for payment prior to begining work.
