Exchanges and refunds

We don’t accept returns or exchanges for any order. If you have any problems with your order, please send me an email at hello@belentinasworkshop within 3 days after delivery and I'll do my best to fix it.

Shipping

All of our items are shipped from Vancouver (Canada). Canadian orders are shipped via regular mail and are not tracked. USA and International orders are shipped via Small Packet and come with a tracking number. If you have any questions, please contact me before placing your order.

Unfortunately, I cannot assume responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged packages. I will do my best to help you locate your package by providing all relevant shipment info. Non-delivered packages will not be reshipped or refunded.

Orders outside Canada may be held at customs, and they may take longer to arrive. I am not responsible for any delays due to customs inspections and/or any duty and/or customs fees applied to your order on delivery.
