The dress is absolutely beautiful, even more so in person than in the pictures! The seller was very communicative and kept me in the loop every step of the way and even included an extra goody to compensate for a very slight shipping delay. A great product start to finish, thank you!

A CONFIRMATION EMAIL will be sent to the email address you provided to ETSY
upon payment of your purchase.
I ship via USPS First Class OR Priority. Please allow 3-4 business days for delivery. The tracking information will be sent to you via email. If you need to make a request for faster delivery or you would like insurance added to your order, please convo me and note that at the time of purchase. The shipping cost will be adjusted and a new invoice will be sent with the difference. All outstanding amounts must be paid prior to item being shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
Customer satisfation is my number one priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will work with you to resolve any issues you may have with your order.

**Refunds and exchanges are only given within 7 days from the day your order was delivered. The refund will exclude the original shipping charge.

No refunds on custom orders, unless we made an error in crafting. In which case, we will be happy to accommodate a refund or exchange. Otherwise, I will do an exchange only.

For both exchanges and returns, buyer is responsible for all shipping fees involved. Buyer MUST convo me for approval on the exchange or return before sending the package. If not, we will not process the exchange or refund.

Customer must leave a positive feedback prior to refund being issued.
