If you would like to purchase more than one of something, just send us a message and we'll post a reserved listing for you. And feel free to check out our sold items for any products or designs you wish to purchase but can’t find on our active list.

PayPal is our preferred method of payment. PayPal is safe, secure, and easy to use. You do not need a PayPal account to make your purchase. When checking out, click on "Pay using PayPal". This will also take you to the credit card processor. Then click on "Don’t have a PayPal account? Pay using your credit card."

Shipping
All orders are shipped through the USPS within five business days. Packages are mailed First Class from Ohio, so please allow an additional 2 - 5 days for travel time. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped. We currently accept orders internationally from Canada ONLY. Sorry!

We ship to the address provided in your Etsy purchase. If the address in PayPal is different, we’ll use the Etsy address. PLEASE make sure your Etsy shipping information is correct!
Refunds and Exchanges
Custom items are not available for return. Therefore, all sales from this shop are final. We do everything we can to carefully package your order so it arrives to you safely and neatly. However, if for some reason your package has been damaged along the way, please contact us immediately. We will gladly replace the damaged merchandise at no additional cost.

We assure you that our products will be as impressive in person as they appear online. However, because of the handmade nature of our items, there may be some minor imperfections and/or variations.
