The purchasing/personalization was easy, I did not wish to see a proof before shipping but it’s great you have that option, my order came packaged very sturdy, and the hand written thank you was the cherry on top. Since I was a little girl I have had a passion for paper and crafts. Bella Creationz was started when my daughter, Bella, was born. I was a stay at home Mom and wanted a way to make some extra money. I was watching the Martha Stewart show when she had an Etsy shop owner showing the audience how to make paper tags. I knew that I could do that, so off I went to buy some paper punches. I started off small and have since added lots of fun and different items to my store. Bella Creationz created a line of Baker's Twine called Timeless Twine. Timeless Twine has now grown to have 26 unique colors and is a shop favorite.
How did I come up with my shop name? Well, my daughters name is Bella which means beautiful. I wanted my shop to offer supplies for people to make beautiful creations. So, after doing some research the domain name BellaCreations.com was already taken. So I chose a unique way of spelling it and the domain was available. So Bella Creationz (with a "Z") was created.
One of my goals is to build by brand so one day by daughter can help and earn money for things she would like to buy (she wants to go to Paris one day). She loves creating beautiful things too.

Can I see a proof?
Unless requested in the notes to seller at checkout, we will NOT send a proof. This will allow us to ship your order as fast as possible. If a proof is requested, it will be sent within 2-3 business day after purchase (excluding holidays).
Please be advised that requesting a proof will extend your turnaround time. The turnaround time for your order does not start until we have proof approval.
When will my order ship?
All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding holidays). If a proof is requested your order will ship 3-5 business days (excluding holidays) from the date proof is approved.
Can you rush my order?
At this time, due to the high volume of orders the rush order option is not available. However, the Priority Mail option is available for you to add to your order. Please contact us prior to purchasing if you need your order within 10 days. We will be able to let you know an approximate delivery date.
