Returns and exchanges
Please take the time to read the DESCRIPTION, MEASUREMENTS, and CONDITION of each item/listing.(especially jewelry made with vintage pieces) Unless an item was grossly misrepresented, we will not accept returns.

Exception to every rule: If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and prior to leaving feedback. Thank you in advance for allowing us the opportunity to address the situation and hopefully find a solution we can both be happy with.
We accept PayPal only. If you do not have a PayPal account, no worries, you can pay with a credit card without having an account.

Immediate payment is required at time of purchase.
Once payment has been received, item(s) will be shipped within 2 business days unless otherwise noted in listing.

Orders will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service, Priority Mail or First Class Mail, with confirmed delivery.

Upon request we will insure your domestic package at an additional charge. Please contact us prior to making your payment so we can adjusted your invoice accordingly. *Bella Ellie CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES/ITEMS once they have been shipped.

We are happy to combine shipping rates on multiple items as long as items are purchased together. Multiple item orders are discounted automatically by Etsy. The item with the highest shipping charge will be full price, and any additional items will use the "with another item" shipping charge.

Overnight shipping may be available upon request depending on item of interest. However, additional shipping fees will apply. Please contact us prior to making your purchase.


BUYER is responsible for ALL duties, customs, and brokerage fees, taxes, and any other fees associated with delivery. *Bella Ellie CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES LEVIED UPON RECEIPT.

Packages are sent first class international and will be insured. Delivery times will vary by country and service. Tracking and delivery confirmation are NOT available for international orders. If you would like to upgrade to expedited shipping, please contact me prior to completing your purchase.

VINTAGE JEWELRY: We try very hard to describe each vintage piece we use and any flaws it may have. Vintage pieces will have some wear and age issues. We at Bella Ellie like to call that patina...which is part of it’s inherent charm.

Please contact us prior to making a purchase with any questions you may have about an item...we will be happy to answer them.

If you receive a damaged item/package, please contact us immediately so we can help resolve the issue. Photographs may be requested, and the item(s) along with the packaging must be saved or inspection by the delivery company.
